Dr. Najlaa Alamoudi

Professor Najlaa Alamoudi completed her Pediatric Dentistry training at the University of Minnesota and earned a Masters degree in Oral Biology. She then earned her Doctorate of Science degree in Oral Biology from Boston University and earned a certificate in Prevention and Pediatric Dentistry from The Forsyth Institute.

Professor Alamoudi has been teaching at King Abdulaziz University since 1985 and has occupied multiple administrative roles including Head of the Division of Pediatric Dentistry, Vice Dean of Clinical Affairs, and Assistant Dean for the Dental Assistant Diploma.

Professor Alamoudi is also an avid researcher with numerous publications on Saliva and Cavity Prevention in Children.  She has been a full time professor since 1998.

As a dedicated wife and mother of four, Prof. Alamoudi has many interests outside of her specialty; she enjoys racket sports, fishing and working out.
